About Blanca
Blanca is a professionally trained organizational coach who partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to create meaningful, lasting growth. Her approach is grounded in a clear dedication to human potential and shaped by decades of experience across high-stakes professional environments and transformative personal development work.
Her first career as a head-hunter on Bay Street offered deep insight into leadership and organizational dynamics. She supported executives and organizations through critical transitions — developing a sharp eye for talent, performance, and culture.
For over 12 years, Blanca has also served as a front-line paramedic and leader in first responder services, where she has served in roles as mentor, educator, instructor, and supervisor, and facilitated organizational engagement with allied agencies to strengthen community collaboration. Her leadership extended into policy development, shaping systems and policy that support both people and performance.
Blanca brings a trauma-informed, human-centered approach to every conversation. She meets clients where they are — partnering with them to explore possibility, move through challenge, and create the conditions for authentic growth and meaningful impact. Whether she's working with first responders, healthcare professionals, executives or corporate teams, Blanca brings a rare blend of candor, compassion, and clarity.

As a coach, I don’t carry a map or blaze a new trail. I walk beside you — attuned, curious, and unhurried. Together, we notice what’s here: the light filtering through the canopy, the roots that catch our steps, the quiet spaces that hold both beauty and discomfort.
